SERVICE BOOKING PROCEDURE:

In order to ensure Quality Services and to maintain our 100% Delivery ratio, we accept limited bookings on First Come First Serve basis. We are Very Selective! We accept only those bookings which we feel we can deliver 100%.

Step-1: Apply for Our Services via link provided by Counsellor/ Website.

Step-2: Wait for Our Response (may take up to 24 hours).

Step-3: If selected, Our Counsellor will call you & assist further to make payment. (If not Selected Skip to Step-7).

Step-4: Fill out our Service Booking Form with all required/available Details.

Step-5: Email all required documents as per details provided by Counsellors along with duly filled & signed Service Booking Form.

Step-6: Collect your Payment Receipt and Sit Relaxed. Now we will take care of all Counselling procedure.

Step-7: IF NOT SELECTED: If not Selected, you will get a response mentioning reason of rejection & possible options.

You can apply again with modifications as per the reason mentioned by our team.

Tips: If your request is rejected, do apply again considering the following points: –

  2. Kindly note that currently OM EDUCARE SERVICES (OES) have main Branch in Jamshedpur, Corporate Branch in Delhi NCR (Gurugram) and we have authorised 2 Trust centres: 1.   3. The Service charges paid towards various packages are to support the students on technical depth of counselling process. Our team works hard on collecting authentic information’s, cut-off trends, probabilities of admissions. However, purchasing any package is not any Guarantee of admission.

  4. The payment made towards booking of our services must be made only in electronic mode to our company’s account or Cheque/ Demand Drafts can be sent to our above-mentioned official address. You are advised to talk to our representatives before making any payment. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH in any SITUATION.

  5. The service charges may change time to time or as per situations. The services charges mentioned on website www.omeducare.in at current date shall be final applicable.

  6. To maintain High Quality, Client Satisfaction and Maximum Accuracy, we accept very limited bookings depending upon our back-end team size. So, we may increase our service charge dynamically as per demand. Also, we may end the booking after filling of limited booking slots of each package. The booking will be started again when there will be vacancy of slots, after admission confirmation of booked students.

  7. Refund policy: Yes, our packages are 100% Refundable! We Work hard on making strategies based upon student’s NEET Score. Before booking we calculate all possibilities and make sure that we will be able to obtain a seat according to your choice and Budget. We do not accept bookings if we feel chances are less

 
  1. OES provide full refund if our board of directors deems that we have provided incorrect information during our consultation process, which led to your case being refused and a full refund is paid back to the client. We are only liable to refund the fees paid to OES & No other subsequent direct/indirect expenses.

  2. If we provide admission: 1. On Negotiated fees, 2. during stray Vacancy round or 3. If our representatives needed to travel to the college/counselling, in any of such conditions Package-1 will be automatically upgraded to Package-2 (Total Cost would be Twice of package 1) and the candidate will have to pay the dues amount immediately after admission confirmation

  3. Students are advised to give their correct contact details so that communication can be made anytime. The updates will be delivered by SMS, Phone Call & WhatsApp form our end. However, the company shall not be responsible for any technical issue arises from user end regarding receiving of Updates.

  4. The students/Parents are advised to submit all required documents and Correct information on time. The management shall not be responsible for any problems raised due to delayed availability of Document or wrong information given by client.

  5. Students/Parents are advised to co-operate with our Experts/Representatives to attend all suggested counselling of states. The admission is completely based upon NMC guidelines and counselling procedure.

  6. During Counselling the choice filling will be done by our experts so User ID and Passwords of registrations must be shared within You and our team. You are advised to not to change the password or Choice sequences without informing your assigned counsellor. In case the password is changed or any change is made in college sequence without informing us, the services shall be immediately discontinued. No any refund can be claimed in such conditions.

  7. During the state counselling process, the students may need to visit applied state for document verifications, sometimes in very short notice of time. At many points of time the counselling dates of two or more states may collide, in such a case if the student fails to attend any counselling among his preferred choices given to us, our management shall not be responsible.

  8. Our company doesn’t share students Contact details or any other details to any third party at any cost. Also, you are requested to not to share our director’s contact number to any website/ Person.

  9. If any student is eligible for the refund of our service charges, the refund will be processed to their bank account only through NEFT/UPI Payment. For 2024 session, the refund will be processed after 1 month of Last date of admission.

  10. We believe in earning relationship. So, beyond money our team is dedicated to give you maximum satisfaction and value to your requirements. Your suggestions and complaints will be given high priority concern by our PR Department. In case of any legal disputes arises, it will be matter of East Singhbhum Jurisdiction only.
