National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to conduct the JEE Main 2020 exam from July 18 to 23.

National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to conduct the JEE Main 2020 exam from July 18 to 23. The exam has long been postponed from April to July due to continuous nationwide lockdown on account of Covid-19 pandemic. NTA has released the official notification to conduct the exam during July 18 to 23. The JEE Main 2020 admit card for appearing in the exam will be issued to all the registered candidates around July 3.

As the country is still struggling with coronavirus and with no sign of decline in cases or improvement in the near future, many students are still apprehensive and doubtful regarding the exam. Careers360 reached out to NTA director Vineet Joshi to know about NTA’s preparation on conducting the exam, guidelines and safety measures on exam centres, social distancing and hygiene of students.

Students hygiene, social distancing inside the exam centre and successfully organising the exam without any health risk to students and support staff is NTA’s top priority. NTA is fully prepared on all fronts to hold the exam as per the schedule, said NTA director. NTA will try to allot the exam centre to students nearest to their city so students will not have to travel far for appearing in the exam, he added.

Students are thus advised to fast pace their exam preparations in order to score good in exams. To help students boost their confidence and preparation level, check these recommendations from the previous test takers, JEE Main toppers and other subject experts.
