NEET Result 2023: How will the rank be decided if the same marks are obtained, before the NEET result, understand what is the tie breaking policy

At the same time, before this, we are going to tell that if a candidate gets equal marks in NEET UG exam, then how his rank will be decided.

If a candidate has equal marks in NEET UG 2023, then first the marks obtained by the candidates in Biology will be considered. Rank will be decided on this basis. If any candidate gets the same marks in biology as in bio in medical exam, then the marks in chemistry will be considered and accordingly the rank of the candidate will be decided.

Candidates securing equal marks in Chemistry will also be given preference over candidates securing higher marks/percentage in Physics.

If even after this the position of the candidates remains the same, then the preference will be given to the number of attempts of the candidates with wrong answers.
