Welcome to the 2026 Arunachal Pradesh NEET UG counselling guide. The process is managed by the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education (DHTE), Arunachal Pradesh.

Eligibility is primarily divided into two categories: the 85% State Quota and the 15% All India Quota (AIQ).

  • APST Candidates: Candidates belonging to Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribes are the primary eligible group for the State Quota.

  • Non-APST Candidates (Domicile): Must possess a valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC). Eligibility for non-APST candidates is often restricted to children of state/central government employees posted in the state or those who have completed their schooling (Class 11 & 12) in Arunachal Pradesh.

All India Quota (15%)
