The ACPUGMEC conducts the online admission process for MBBS and BDS courses for Government, Management, and NRI quotas. The process is governed by the Gujarat Professional Medical Educational Institutions Act and follows guidelines set by the MCC/Government of India
Academic Qualification: Candidates must have passed Standard 10th (SSC) and 12th (HSC) from schools located within Gujarat State.
Age Requirement: Candidates must be 17 years old by December 31, 2026

Outside Gujarat Birth: Candidates born outside Gujarat must provide a Domicile Certificate issued by an authorized Gujarat Government officer.
Outside Gujarat Schooling: Relaxation is provided for those who took admission in Std. 10th outside Gujarat
Defense Personnel: Children of defense personnel must provide their parent's Domicile and a Bonafide certificate.
IAS/IPS/IRS: Children of these officers/Govt. employees must provide details of their original posting in Gujarat and current transfer orders
All candidates must provide the following essential documents:
Academic: Standard 10th (SSC) and 12th (HSC) mark-sheets.
Entrance Exam: NEET-UG 2026 mark-sheet.
Birth Proof (Any one): School Leaving Certificate (compulsory for birth place details), Transfer Certificate, Birth Certificate, or Indian Passport.
Note: If the birth place is not in the Leaving Certificate, it must be merged with a Birth Certificate/Passport for upload.
Physical Fitness: A certificate in the prescribed form from a registered medical practitioner (MBBS/MD/MS).
Category/Reservation Documents:
SC/ST: Caste certificate from Gujarat Government.
SEBC: Caste certificate AND Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate
EWS: Certificate
PwD: Disability certificate from an authorized official.
Local Quota: Specific local certificates for Ahmedabad (Dean NHL) or Surat (Dean SMIMER) candidates.
Purchase PIN: Candidates must purchase a non-refundable registration PIN from the official website: www.medadmgujarat.org.
Online Registration: Use the PIN to register and pay the refundable security deposit.
Document Verification: After online registration, candidates must visit a Help Center to verify original documents.
Choice Filling: Once verified, candidates log in to fill and lock their college choices during the designated window for each round.
Seat Allotment: Results are declared online. If allotted, candidates pay the tuition fee and submit original certificates at the Help Center to receive an Admission Order.
Counselling Rules Note:
Round 1 has a "Free Exit" (no deposit loss if you don't join).
Round 2 forfeiture occurs if you are allotted a seat but do not confirm it; you must re-register for Round 3.
Round 3/4 participation is restricted for those who already hold a confirmed seat.
