Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2026 | Govt & Private Medical College Seat Allocation

About Haryana NEET PG Counselling:

• 1.The Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the admission process for admission of Post MBBS DNB and
• Post MBBS Diploma courses under State Quota seats for the academic session 2026-27at various NBE
• accredited District Civil Hospitals running under Health Department and Government Medical Colleges in
• the State of Haryana.
• As per the guidelines of National Board of Examination (NBE), only ‘Regular In-service Doctors’ of
• Haryana Government are eligible for admission to Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses
• under State quota seats.
• 2. It is notified that 50% of seats of Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma for the academic session
• 2026-27 at various NBE accredited District Civil Hospitals running under Health Department, shall be filled
• through All India Merit category of NEET PG 2026 and the remaining 50% of the seats shall be filled under
• State Quota at various NBE accredited District Civil Hospitals in the State of Haryana.
• It is further notified that 20% of seats in Post MBBS DNB, Post MBBS Diploma Courses in Government
• Medical Colleges shall be reserved for In-service candidates and filled up under State Quota. The remaining
• seats in Government Medical Colleges shall be filled up as All India Quota seats by MCC, DGHS,
• Government of India.
• The State Reservation policy shall be applicable for admission to all State Quota seats in various District
• Civil Hospitals and Government Medical Colleges.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate for admission to Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses in various District Civil Hospitals/Government Medical Colleges of the State shall be eligible if he/she :

Is a citizen of India

Has passed MBBS examination from any Medical college /Institution recognized by National

Medical Council and is in regular service of Haryana Government.

The candidate should be registered with the Haryana Medical Council/Any State Medical Council/Medical Council of India (MCI)/National Medical Commission (NMC).

The candidate should have completed his/her tenure of service and should obtain NOC as per PG Policy notified by Health Department, Haryana from time to time.

An In-service doctor desirous of seeking admission to Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses shall have to obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective competent authority of the State Government Department including ESIC run hospitals, dispensaries, etc as per respective PG policy prevalent at that time.

All In-service doctors of Haryana desirous of seeking admission to Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses in any category of seats should fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria/qualifications/qualifying criteria as prescribed in the information bulletin by NBE for the academic year 2026-27 issued from time to time.vii) No candidate, who has failed to obtain the minimum eligibility marks as specified for NEET PG- 2026 shall be eligible for admission to Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses.

Document Required

The candidates, at the time of reporting must bring the following Original Certificates/ Documents alongwith two sets of duly self attested photocopies of these with them.

Matriculation Certificate/ High School Certificate/ICSE/Class X or its equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth.

Certificates of having passed MBBS examination from Institution recognized by MCI/NMC.

Three copies of the recent photographs (passport size) self attested used for NEET form.

Internship completion certificate certifying the date on which the candidate has completed one year Compulsory Rotatory Internship. The date of completion of internship training shall as notified by MoHFW/ NMC.

Foreign Medical Graduate Exam result (if applicable).

Character certificate of the Head of Institution last attended/First Class Executive Magistrate.

Resident certificate issued by competent authority of the State Government of Haryana (bona-fide resident certificate issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).

Certificate of Registration with any State Medical Council/NMC at the time of counselling.

Caste Certificate issued by competent authority of the Haryana State Government (if applicable).

Certificate of Dependent of Fighter Certificate issued by competent authority of the Haryana State Government (if applicable).

Certificate of ESM issued by competent authority of the Haryana State Government (if applicable).

Income and Asset Certificate for EWS candidates issued by competent authority.

Certificate of Disability issued by notified centres by NBE or Medical Board at PGIMS, Rohtak (if applicable).

Result Card of NEET – PG 2026

In-service category candidates must produce valid NOC issued by the competent authority failing which the In-service candidate shall be considered ineligible for counselling and for reservation under In-service category seats.

As Proof of identification Aadhaar card/PAN Card/Driving license/Passport/Voter ID/Ration Card/ Parivar Pehcahan Patre.

Printout of Application form.

Any candidate failing to bring original documents at the time of document verification/counselling will not be considered and his/her claim to admission will be forfeited.

How to apply

Online Registration: Candidates must register online through the authorized admission web portal.

Official Website: The admission web portal will be published on the official websites.

Counselling: Admission will be based on the NEET PG 2026 merit list.

Choice Filling: Candidates must fill in their preferred course, specialty, and institution on the online portal.

Seat Allotment: Seats will be allotted according to merit and the choices filled by the candidate.

Document Verification: Candidates must appear in person with their original documents for verification.

Final Admission: Admission will be confirmed after successful verification of the original documents.
