Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2026 | Govt & Private Medical College Seat Allocation

Introduction

Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling Board-2026, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, conducts the centralized online counselling for admissions to PG Medical (M.D./M.S.), Post MBBS DNB, and Post MBBS Diploma courses across medical institutions in Rajasthan for the 2026–27 academic session. The centralized process covers all available state quota and private medical college seats through four distinct online rounds, strictly prohibiting individual college-level admissions. Participation is open to candidates who have qualified NEET PG 2026 and completed the registration on the official Rajasthan State PG Counselling portal. 

Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualification:  Candidates must possess an MBBS degree from an NMC/MCI-recognized institution.

Internship Completion:  Must have completed a 1-year compulsory rotatory internship on or before July 31, 2025.

​

Medical Registration:  Must hold valid registration with the NMC, MCI, or any State Medical Council. (Note: Candidates registered outside Rajasthan must obtain RMC registration within one month of joining).

​

NEET PG Qualifying Cut-off:  Must meet the minimum qualifying percentile in NEET PG 2025:

​

General / EWS: 50^{th} Percentile

​

SC / ST / OBC / MBC (Rajasthan Domicile): 40^{th} Percentile

​

PwD (Unreserved): 45^{th} Percentile

​

State Quota Seats (50% Govt & 50% Private):  Reserved for MBBS graduates from Rajasthan medical colleges and serving Rajasthan Govt. Medical Officers/Teachers. (Preference is given to University of Rajasthan/RUHS graduates for 25% of these Govt. seats).

Private College Seats (Remaining 50%):  Open to MBBS graduates from any NMC-recognized medical college across India.  ​

In-Service Candidates:  Eligible for bonus mark weightage upon Directorate verification. Only regular in-service candidates qualify for Post MBBS DNB and Diploma seats.

Senior Demonstrators:  Priority allotment is available to regular Senior Demonstrators after completing 3 years of service with a valid NOC.

Class 10th Certificate / Marksheet (as proof of Date of Birth)

MBBS Degree / Provisional Passing Certificate

Marksheets of MBBS 1st, 2nd & Final Professional Examinations

Compulsory Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate

Registration Certificate issued by MCI / NMC or any State Medical Council (Candidates registered outside Rajasthan must submit Rajasthan Medical Council (RMC) registration within 1 month of joining)

Domicile Certificate (issued by competent authority)

Caste / Category Certificate (SC / ST / OBC-NCL / MBC-NCL / EWS / Sub-category, as applicable)

PwD Certificate issued by an MCC-authorized disability center (if applicable)

NOC / Service Certificate from competent authority (for In-Service candidates and Senior Demonstrators)

Surety Bond & Undertaking (on specified non-judicial stamp paper, duly notarized)

Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / PAN Card / Driving License / Passport)

Passport-size Colored Photographs (4 to 6 photos, identical to the one uploaded in the application form)

How to apply

Part-1 Registration:  Go to https://ug.neetrajasthan.com/ validate using your NEET PG 2026 details, select your domicile and category, verify your mobile via OTP, and pay the fee. Save your Application ID and Password.

Part-2 Application:  Log in to fill in your personal, address, qualification, and service details.

Upload Documents:  Upload your photo, signature, MBBS degree, and category certificates.

Submit & Print:  Review your details, accept the declaration, and click Final Submit. Print two A4 copies for college reporting.

Security Deposit:  Pay the deposit online to unlock choice filling.

Choice Filling:  Select and lock your preferred choices before the deadline.
