NEET PG Exam Documents:
Copy of NEET PG Admit Card, Rank Card, and Score Card.
Academic Certificates:
MBBS Degree / Provisional Passing Certificate, along with Statement of Marks obtained in First, Second, and Third (Part I & II) MBBS examinations.
Internship & Registration Proof:
One-year Compulsory Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate and Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI, NMC, or a State Medical Council.
Identity & Personal Proofs:
Copy of Aadhaar Card, Birth Certificate, and passport-size photographs matching the application form.
Medical & Character Clearances:
Medical Fitness Certificate from the Medical Board of Goa Medical College, Certificate of complete Hepatitis-B vaccination, Bonafide Certificate, and Character/Conduct Certificate.
Academic Records:
MBBS Attempt Certificate and, for non-Goa University candidates, a Provisional Eligibility Certificate from Goa University (or FMGE screening test result for FMGs).
Category & Reservation:
Valid certificates for SC, ST, OBC, or PwD categories, as well as an NOC/relieving letter from the current employer if currently employed .
