About Bihar NEET PG Counselling:

Bihar NEET PG counselling 2026 is the official admission process through which aspiring medical postgraduate students can secure MD, MS, and PG Diploma seats in government and private medical colleges across Bihar. Conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) in association with MCC, the counselling ensures a transparent and equitable seat allocation based on NEET PG scores. Candidates are encouraged to participate in the counselling process for both State Quota and All India Quota seats to achieve their postgraduate medical admission goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified NEET PG 2026 examination.
• Indian nationals or persons of Indian origin (PIO) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI).
• MBBS degree from an NMC-recognized medical college.
• Internship completed or to be completed on or before the specified date.
• Valid registration with Bihar Medical Council or eligibility for registration during counselling.

Document Required

• NEET PG Admit Card & Score Card / Rank Card.
• MBBS Passing Certificate / Degree Certificate (or Provisional Pass Certificate).
• All Professional MBBS Mark Sheets (1st Year to Final Year).
• Compulsory Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate.
• Permanent or Provisional Medical Registration Certificate (issued by Bihar Medical Council or MCI/NMC).
• Bihar Domicile Certificate / Residential Certificate (if claiming State Quota).
• Caste Certificate / Non-Creamy Layer Certificate / EWS Certificate (if applicable, issued by competent Bihar authorities).
• Class 10 (Matric) Board Certificate & Mark Sheet (as proof of Date of Birth).
• Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Voter ID).
• Passport-size Photographs (identical to the photo uploaded on the NEET PG application).
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) / Relieving Certificate (for in-service candidates).
• Disability (PwD) Certificate (if applicable, issued by a recognized medical board).

2. Enter personal details and NEET PG roll number.
3. Pay the counselling registration fee online.
4. Fill in your preferred colleges and courses.
5. Upload all required scanned documents for verification.
