Bihar NEET PG counselling 2026 is the official admission process through which aspiring medical postgraduate students can secure MD, MS, and PG Diploma seats in government and private medical colleges across Bihar. Conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) in association with MCC, the counselling ensures a transparent and equitable seat allocation based on NEET PG scores. NEET PG Admit Card & Score Card / Rank Card.
MBBS Passing Certificate / Degree Certificate (or Provisional Pass Certificate).
All Professional MBBS Mark Sheets (1st Year to Final Year).
Compulsory Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate.
Permanent or Provisional Medical Registration Certificate (issued by Bihar Medical Council or MCI/NMC).
Bihar Domicile Certificate / Residential Certificate (if claiming State Quota).
Caste Certificate / Non-Creamy Layer Certificate / EWS Certificate (if applicable, issued by competent Bihar authorities).
Class 10 (Matric) Board Certificate & Mark Sheet (as proof of Date of Birth).
Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Voter ID).
