Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2025 | Govt & Private Medical Colleges Seat Allocation

Introduction

Telangana NEET PG counselling 2025 is conducted by the Telangana State Medical Council (TSMC) in collaboration with MCC. The counselling process provides merit-based admission to postgraduate MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses in both government and private medical colleges across Telangana. The entire procedure is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for NEET PG 2025 qualified candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

About Telangana NEET PG Counselling

• Open to All Eligible Candidates: Candidates from across India who qualify NEET PG 2025 are eligible to participate.
• Seats in Government and Private Colleges: Telangana offers seats in reputed government colleges as well as private medical colleges.
• Categorical Quotas: The counselling includes different quotas such as state quota, all India quota (AIQ), management, NRI, and minority quotas.
• Reservation & Eligibility: Reservation policies follow the Telangana state norms with categories including SC, ST, OBC, and Physically Disabled. Domicile/Resident status of Telangana can provide benefits for state quota seats.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following:

• NEET PG 2025 Qualification: Must have qualified NEET PG 2025 with marks above the cutoff.
• MBBS Degree: Recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)/NMC.
• Internship: Completed or scheduled to be completed before the academic session begins.
• Citizenship: Open for Indian citizens; for management/NRI seats, applicable criteria as per private policy.
• Domicile: For Telangana state seats, candidates should have resident/residence proof of Telangana.
• Registration: MBBS registration with the Telangana State Medical Council or eligible to obtain it during counselling.

Mandatory Documents (For All Candidates)

1. MBBS Degree Certificate: Copy of Provisional or Original MBBS Degree Certificate.
2. MBBS Study Certificate: Copy of MBBS study certificate.
3. Schooling & College Study Certificates: Copy of study certificates from 6th Class to Intermediate / 10+2.
4. Compulsory Rotatory Internship Certificate: Showing internship completion on or before 31.07.2025.
5. Medical Registration Certificate: Permanent Medical Registration certificate from the Telangana State Medical Council.
6. NEET PG-2025 Admit Card
7. NEET PG-2025 Score Card / Rank Card
8. Photo Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card.
9. Candidate's Latest Passport Size Photo
10. Specimen Signature of the Candidate

Category-Specific Documents (If Applicable)

11. Social Status Certificate (Caste Certificate): Latest Caste Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of the Government of Telangana (for SC/ST/BC candidates as per Annexure-I).
12. Service Certificate: Mandatory for In-Service candidates as per Annexure-III B.
13. Minority Certificate: Mandatory for Muslim Minority category candidates applying for Minority Medical Colleges.

How to apply

1. Mobile & Registration Verification
   • Visit the official registration website specified in the notification.
   • Click on "Mobile and Email Registration".
   • Enter your NEET PG Roll Number, NEET PG Rank, Date of Birth, and Mobile Number.
   • Enter the OTP received on your mobile and email to complete the initial registration.
2. Candidate Registration & Fee Payment
   • Log in using your registered details.
   • Fill in your basic details, educational qualifications, and eligibility information.
   • Pay the non-refundable registration and processing fee online via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
   • Save the payment transaction receipt/acknowledgment.
3. Document Uploading

   Upload scanned, clear copies of all required original certificates:

   • Passport Photo & Signature: JPG/JPEG format
   • Certificates/Documents: PDF format
   • Ensure all files are uploaded under their respective links before proceeding.
4. Application Submission & Printout
   • Review all filled details and uploaded documents carefully before final submission.
   • Click "Submit" to complete the online application.
   • Download and print at least two copies of the completed application form.
5. Verification & Certificate Verification at Admission
   • The university will verify uploaded documents online and publish the Provisional Final Merit List.
   • Candidates who secure a seat during web counseling must submit the printed application form, original certificates, and one set of self-attested copies at the allotted college for final physical verification.
