Eligibility Criteria

1. The candidate must have completed the recognized MBBS course from a university established under any law of Government of Gujarat and situated in State of Gujarat.
2. The candidate must have completed the recognized MBBS course from a university established under any law of Government of India and situated in any State / Union Territory of India / Out of India, subject to fulfilling the Eligibility criteria of NMC, New Delhi / Government of India, and must have passed 12th qualifying examination with “B-Group” or “AB-Group” from the specified boards, with the school located in Gujarat, and must be born in Gujarat / Domicile of Gujarat.
3. The candidate must have completed compulsory rotating internship on or before 31/07/2026.

1. All years MBBS attempt-wise marksheets
2. NEET-PG (MD/MS) marksheet (current academic year)
3. Internship completion certificate (on/before 31/07/2026)
4. Provisional/Permanent Medical Council Registration (provisional for fresh candidates / permanent for old pass-outs)
5. School Leaving/Transfer Certificate (DOB, place of birth & citizenship proof)
6. Caste Certificate (SEBC/ST/SC – Gujarat State only)
7. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (SEBC – Gujarat State; valid for 2026-27)
8. EWS Certificate (Gujarat State; valid for 2026-27)
9. Disability Certificate (PwD – issued by competent authority)
10. Passport copy (Dual/Foreign citizenship)
11. 12th Marksheet (MBBS completed outside Gujarat)
12. Gujarat Domicile Certificate (MBBS outside Gujarat + birth place outside Gujarat)
